I like the rain. But you’re right, day after day, can get to be too much. Your suggestions are great ones.

You could also work together to cook a candle light dinner and eat it picnic style on the floor. Sit on some pillows. Use the coffee table it you need to. Talk about your most romantic times together. You might even create a new one!

  2. #7? I thought that sex would be a little higher on the list! ;)

  3. @ Hayden- I was trying not to appear as “typical male.” Obviously you saw right through that attempt. Nicely done.

    He he he! Busted!

  5. I thought #7 could be incorporated into all the others!
Typical, I know. But a guy has to have his dreams, after all.

Another great post full of great ideas. Thanks for honoring marriages.

@Kevin – totally a guy comment! he he

  7. Rainy days are also a good time to have a friendly water fight using water balloons, water pistols or even great big buckets of water. Fun stuff!

  8. @ Lara- A water fight in the water?? Love it!

You could always bake cookies. The smell alone will cure any bad feelings.

  10. @ Duvall- Cookies in the rain would be a great cure-all. If nothing else, I could grow fatter with the one I love!
