    Idetrorce,
What don’t you agree with? Being grateful for the things in your life? What good is achievement if you cannot appreciate it or the other aspects of your life? Being thankful for the gifts in your life, gives your life meaning and depth. Reminding ourselves to be grateful keeps us from taking things for granted. Maybe you could elaborate on what you disagree with.

Interesting approach to the gratitude exercise! Sometimes I do this, but always at the end of the day. Starting with it is so much nicer! Good idea :)
