    While I feel confident that I would want me for a friend, a parent, or an employee, I have never pondered the idea of would I want to be married to me. I was much too interested in finding fault in him and not looking in the mirror. I think I would have wanted to be married to the girl who walked down the isle but I don’t know if I would have always wanted to be married to me. It is easy to let the routine of life suck you out of existence. You can hide very well behind soccer games and car pools. It is easy to get bogged down with routines, looking at these as “must do’s” on our list of distractions. This article goes with our pastors message Sunday as looking at life with the idea of rhythms instead of balance. Right now you are in the rhythm set mostly around the needs of a new baby and I am in the process of changing my rhythm from teacher and mom of teenagers to administrator and “one out of the nest” mom.
