New Here?

While some of you have been following Simple Marriage since the beginning (in January 2008), many of you are fairly new readers. To help you dig through the variety of articles written here thus far, I’ve complied a quick start guide.

Where do you begin?

There are two ways to proceed. One, you could simply browse through the articles by topic (do that here). Or two, you could begin with the most popular posts.

Here they are:

  1. Man Up/Woman Up: How To Have Curl Your Toes Sex. The title speaks for itself on why this post received lots of traffic.
  2. 8 Principles for a Zen Marriage. Looking to simplify marriage? A post idea generated from Zen Habits.
  3. How to Have an Affair… With Your Spouse. Add some spice to your marriage.
  4. The 21-Day Complaint Free Marriage Experiment. It took me 3 months to complete this experiment. I started it again January 1. Care to join me?
  5. The 5 Steps To A Simple Marriage- Part 1: Use The Force. A 5 part series on the main ideas of Simple Marriage.
  6. How To Improve Marriage And Slow Down Life At The Same Time. Some simple ideas that will help you slow down and enjoy marriage more.
  7. Ho Hum Marriage? 9 Ways To Add Some Spice. An answer to a reader’s question. This post is one of my favorites.
  8. Man Up: The Art of Marital Conversation. The Man Up/Woman Up series was a pretty big hit. Here’s one of my favorites from the series.
  9. The 40-Day Random Act Of Kindness Experiment. An idea to help track and increase the amount of kindness in your life. This was pretty hard to accomplish, in fact, I missed several days unfortunately.
  10. The Secret to a Lasting Marriage. A simple concept, but not to be confused with easy.
  11. 10 Ways To Improve Your Marriage While It’s Raining. It’s the rainy season for many parts of the country, although it could be in the form of snow up north. These ideas still apply.

You can read more about me and Simple Marriage on the About page.

And if you’re interested, here is the very first post on Simple Marriage (It’s actually something I posted on my first blog before Simple Marriage started a few months later).

Now that you’ve made it through all the posts, all that’s left is subscribing (via RSS or email) to make sure you get the new posts as they come out.
