No problem. You can still see Dr. Allan via a live secure video feed.

All you need to have is access to a computer with a webcam, a decent Internet connection (DSL or better), and a location in your own home or office where you won’t be interrupted during your sessions. There is nothing to download or install.

Simply contact me, schedule an appointment, go to our secure “virtual office” and begin your session.

This is also a great option for marriage therapy. You and your spouse can schedule a time and work with me from the comfort of your own home.

“Are video conference sessions confidential?” Yep. The system we use is completely HIPAA compliant. Meaning it meets all the required standards of a face-to-face session. The way the video sessions work is this: you and I will each log in to a secure server, which houses all the software necessary for us to see and talk to each other in real time. The connection with this server is encrypted so everything will be confidential and secure.
