I would add A Celebration of Sex by Doug Rosenau. I’m glad to see Passionate Marriage already on your list. Differentiation and Wall Socket Sex are not to be missed!

I’m reading the blogs and blogrolls of the good folks who have commented here and I feel like a little girl on Christmas morning. Where have you people been all my life??
