		<description>I&#039;ve been absent from this site for awhile. I really resonated with this post. I&#039;ve never had alcohol, and I&#039;ve never missed it! I do struggle with the mindless eating--especially candy! As I was reading your post, I realized I don&#039;t keep it eating it because it tastes so good; the taste is hardly a factor after awhile. I need to remember to be present in all things, including eating!</description>

Excellent post and good points all around. I as well have never been one to understand the allure of getting drunk. My weakness is stopping at fast food, with my busy schedule it is so much easier. I remember sitting down for evening meals with my parents when I was younger, they are good memories and something I think I may start to return to.</description>
